Damn #bank :) It's not that people can't fill out the slips, its the interaction with the teller that is important. People do not like being seen as a faceless number, they do not like to talk to faceless machines. When someone comes into your place of work, they need the interaction, they need to know that there are real people there. By asking you to fill out their slips for them, it is an attempt from them to see that you are human. A smile, works wonders. A happy face, works wonders. Instead of moaning about the additional work of writing a slip, have the courtesy to smile and say 'Good Morning, How are you today?'
