Boot the computer with Windows CD. Press any keyboard key when you see "Press any key to boot from CD". At Welcome to Setup screen, press ENTER to Setup Windows now, Press F8 tp accept the license. At next screen is the Setup screen which gives you the option to do a Repair. After copying the files let the PC reboot and do not boot it from CD this time. After installing when it says Installing Devices progress bar, press SHIFT F10. At the prompt, type NUSRMGR.CPL and press Enter. You can change the Admin user account password here.
