f your ipod touch is disabled and you can connect it to the original itunes library just connect it to any new comp. open a new itunes lybrary, then hold the home button and dont let go, while doing this turn off and on the ipod with the wake and sleep button (while still holding the home button) and it should show the itunes symbol and the new itunes library will recognize it and let you restore the ipod!!!
