have all the plates. have all TMs and HMs. you have to have giratina, cresselia, dilga, palkia, heatran, and regigigas in you party then goe to spear pillar walk up the stairs. the stairs wont be there is you have less then 152 pokemon battle arceus at lv. 80.there is a speicial plate called the ??? plate it turns arceus into a ??? type which has no weaknesses that appears if you catch arceus with a ball other then the master ball. and if you want a shiny arceus have these pokemon listed on ur pokedex as caught; moltres, articuno, zapdos, mewtwo, entei, raikou, suicune, lugia, ho-oh, regice, regirock, registeel, latios, latias, kyogre, groudon, rayquaza, rotom, uxie, mesprit, azelf, dialgo, palkia, heatran, regigigas, cresselia, phione, manaphy, bastiodon, rampardos, kabutops, omastar, aerodactyl, armaldo, cradily, and spiritombRelated
