Designers can use CAD software to create, analyze and modify their designs using the computer software’s electronic files. Now people can easily create and change CAD designs with convenient applications on their smart phones. This way they can easily design anywhere they like and share their work with other architects, engineers or clients. Here are the best CAD apps for Android smartphone users.

Some of the main features of this operating system are that is it stable, several programs are available on this OS, the new interface has considerably enhanced touch navigation, syncs well with Google mobile and many handsets are now in the market for this OS.  However, there are some points on which the OS is still lacking such as user friendliness of the interface and slow browser speed.

iPhone OS

iPhone OS is nowadays quite popular and runs on the iPhone, iTouch and the iPad. The good thing about this OS is that it is reliable, there are millions of apps available for download, it features an excellent interface as well as touch navigation, and works quickly and effortlessly when switching between apps. The few things that could really be improved are the prices (devices using the OS tend to be quite expensive) and also the fact the apps can be downloaded from limited places only.

Linux Mobile OS

Linux is an open source operating system the mobile OS has some features which have made it well known. First of all, Linux is free and thus several apps developed for this OS are also available for free; as it is open source, any one can work on developing it further as well as enhance its usability. There is plenty of online support available in different forums and user groups to help you out with your queries or any problems you face while using it. Google Maps for Android goes into new Version

The statistics lovers will be happy. The new version (5.3) of Google Maps for Android (available on the market) gives access to the history of their movements, as estimated by the Latitude Service from Google. This dashboard shows the time spent at home, office and travel.

This mobile version is less rich than the service available online from google.com / latitude, which can, for example, find a summary of his travels. The data are based on estimates calculated by Google based on travel patterns of users and are therefore very approximate. Rest assured, the service Google’s Latitude, which also serves to share their location with friends of his choice is not enabled by default.

Google Maps 5.3 allows also to do a check in (note its location in the community) from a location identified as his home. A small additional facility to quickly indicate to her friends that one is at home. Finally, the Google Maps service spaces enriched with the possibility to describe a place (a cafe, restaurant, museum, etc..) Directly from the card’s software, by adding comments on music, the ambience, food, etc..

Android and Windows 7 Will Lead in 2015

According to a study conducted by IDC on mobile operating systems, Android Phone and Windows 7 would be pretty far ahead iOS models, by 2015. It also gives accurate predictions of market shares of each of the actors in this platform that continues to grow.

Thus, analysis (predictions?) conducted by IDC include not only a market expected to double in 2011, with no less than 450 million smartphones sold this year, but also more precise figures on the next 4 years.

As a result, Android would have 45.4% market share in 2015, while Apple would reap 15.3% while Microsoft would make a nice breakthrough, with 20.9% market share.

Symbian just sink straight down, with a tiny 0.2% market share by four years. Normal, since Microsoft and its agreement with Nokia, is expected to change this.

In light of these figures, it is difficult to assume anything in the future on the market very volatile operating systems for smartphones. These evolving in advertisements and offers from manufacturers. See you in 2015 to assess the veracity (or not) of these predictions!
