Firefox 4: 100 million downloads in one month

A month after its launch version 4 of Firefox Surpasses 100 Million Downloads, a symbolic success that does not, however, stimulates the part of the browser market still stagnant at last count of StatCounter.

The counter downloads in real time the browser is currently capped at over 105 million downloads, leading from this version to 8.04%.

However, the browser seems to be difficult to attract new users, despite all these developments.
The total market share of Firefox has even lost a third of a point between the months of March and April and reached below 30% while Google Chrome continues to rise sharply.

Internet Explorer 9 also fails to boost its market share, which suffered the same decline as that of Firefox, despite the arrival of this version through Windows Update last week.
